Cakes are picked up unless otherwise agreed.
Pickup is the default for all PüR Pastries orders. Karen will share the pickup location and timing after your order is confirmed.
Delivery is available only by prior agreement, includes an additional fee, and is generally reserved for larger orders of about $300 or more.

Does submitting the form place my order?
No. The form gives Karen the details she needs to review your request. She will email you a price quote and confirm availability.
How do quotes and payment work?
Quotes are sent by email. Deposits are decided per order, and Karen will tell you if one is needed. Accepted payment is Zelle or cash only. There is no online payment or checkout on this site.
How much notice do I need?
Minimum notice is handled per order and depends on availability and design complexity. Short-notice orders may include an upcharge.
Is there a daily or weekly order cap?
No set cap is posted. Karen reviews each request based on her schedule, the date needed, and the work involved.
Can I copy a cake I found online?
You can share outside inspiration using a link or upload. Karen may adapt the idea to your event and her own style. Highly custom designs generally cost more.
Can I start with a gallery cake and change it?
Yes. Click “Start with this cake” in the gallery, then add your own colors, flavor, message, serving count, and theme.
